Hi, I’m Brittnee, the founder of PURR Glasgow, Scotland’s first cat-exclusive grooming salon.

I’m a certified feline groomer with a background that’s anything but typical. Before PURR, I worked in academia and with international organisations like UNESCO, always driven by a love for care, precision, and lifelong learning. That passion eventually found its true home in the art of cat grooming.

I launched PURR as a mobile service, determined to create calm, stress-minimising grooming experiences tailored to the unique needs of cats. Now based in our dedicated salon in Glasgow’s Morris Park, PURR has grown into a welcoming, welfare-led space where every cat is seen, soothed, and styled with the gentleness they deserve.

My salon operates with a one-cat-at-a-time policy, ensuring quiet, safety, and full attention. Whether it's a simple brush-out, a full Lion Cut, or support for anxious or elderly cats, I take pride in offering a compassionate, cat-first approach to grooming, with results both you and your cat can feel good about.

In 2025, PURR was named a finalist in the Great British Entrepreneur Awards, and I'm also working with the Scottish Qualifications Authority to develop the country’s first accredited cat grooming training programme.
